12 Rescued Magellanic Penguins Return to the Water in Argentina

A dozen Magellanic penguins were released back into their natural habitat, off the Atlantic coast of Argentina. The waddle had been found in a state of malnutrition and dehydration. An animal rescue center at the Mundo Marino Foundation helped nurse the birds back to health, with feedings, vet checkups and blood work. Once they got the all clear, the rescuers brought the twelve feathered friends back to the beach.
