12-Year-Old Breaks Arm Doing 'Skull-Breaker Challenge'

A 12-year-old boy now has a broken arm after doing the "Skull-Breaker Challenge." Parker Smith from Alabama isn't the only one being sent to the hospital. TV stations across the country are reporting on the dangers of the prank that involve jumping. The family of a 16-year-old girl is taking legal action against a Florida school district, saying it should have done more to prevent bullying. Police are sending a warning as well.
