1.3 Tons of Cocaine Found Floating in the Pacific Ocean Near Mexico

Mexican authorities intercepted over 1.3 tons of packages believed to contain cocaine floating in the Pacific Ocean, officials said on Monday. Dozens of packages were found off the Chiapas state’s coast in an operation carried out by the Mexican Navy and the Army on Oct. 30. Authorities say that amounted to more than 1,000 bricks of the drug. The Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has more details.
