Video from a witness shows the chaos that ensued after gun shots rang out at an art festival in New Jersey. Art All Night Trenton is an annual event where artists at all levels can display their work publicly, but it was interrupted when police say a dispute between two men from neighborhood gangs turned into a shootout inside the Roebling Wire Works Building, where the event was being held.
