13-Year Old ‘Young Sheldon’ Graduated From Minn. University With Physics Degree

The hit CBS sitcom “Young Sheldon” is about a whiz kid who ends up in college by age 11. But there may be a real-life ‘Young Sheldon’ out there. At the tender age of 13, Elliott Tanner just got his college degree in physics from the University of Minnesota. Now Elliott is going for his doctorate; he’s on track to become the youngest person ever to get their PhD. He says, “I'm basically just a regular kid just going to a different school.”
