16-Year-Old Ballerina Born Without Arms Says She Must ‘Chase Her Dreams’

Vitoria Bueno has been taking ballet since she was 5 years old. A physiotherapist recommended dance classes to Vitoria’s mom, but she was concerned about other children accepting her daughter, who was born without arms. Now 16, dance has proved to be both an artistic outlet and key for Vitoria to strengthen her feet and legs to do everyday tasks. Inside Edition Digital’s TC Newman has more.
