17-Year-Old Suspended From School Because of Hairstyle

A Texas high school student has been suspended because of his hair. His mother and other supporters say this is wrong. Seventeen-year-old Darryl George is a junior at Barbers Hill High School. His chosen hairstyle is locks that he keeps tied up and off of his face and neck. He was suspended from school on August 31 for a hairstyle that the school district says violates the district’s dress code. Inside Edition Digital has more.
