The ‘Troll House’ is one of the cheapest houses in all of Los Angeles. This 462-square-foot bungalow sits on a bridge that crosses the Alhambra wash. Housing in Southern California is expensive, and even though there’s only one bedroom and one bathroom, there is plenty of interest. This is one of only 10 houses currently on the market in Los Angeles County for less than $250,000. The house sat vacant for about 20 years and was used for storage.
