A horrific case, cold for over 60 years, finally has closure. Carol Ann Dougherty was 9 years old when she was found dead in the choir loft of a church in Pennsylvania in October of 1962. This week, the District Attorney says they can finally name her killer: William Schrader. The prosecutor's office presented all of their findings to the Bucks County Investigative Grand Jury, who found him guilty of the rape and murder of Carol Ann.
