2 Lion Cubs Rescued After Getting Illegally Trafficked

Two feisty, but adorable baby lions were rescued after being confiscated by Lebanese police. The siblings were smuggled illegally from Syria by a wildlife trafficker for the exotic pet trade. In addition to the cubs, officials also found cages with over 1,500 birds. Some of the birds didn’t survive. Because wildlife trafficking is illegal, the babies were taken to a local animal care organization. Inside Edition Digital has more.
