2 California Teenagers Saved From Opioid Overdose by Deputies With Narcan

A drug overdose could have been deadly for two teenagers. Sheriff’s deputies in Los Angeles say they received a medical distress call for two 17-year-olds. When the officers arrived, they found family members performing CPR on the unresponsive “boys lying on a bedroom floor.” Authorities believed “the teenagers ingested Fentanyl or another type of opioid drug” so they began administering Naloxone while continuing to perform CPR.
