2 Kids Missing After Flash Flooding Kills Mom

Nearly seven inches of rain fell in 45 minutes causing deadly flash flooding in some parts of Pennsylvania. At least five people have died. A search and recovery is underway to find the bodies of two young children, Mattie and Conrad Sheils. Their mother, Katherine, died in the flood after trying to get the kids to safety when water overtook their car. The family was on their way to a BBQ. Inside Edition Digital has more.
