2 Pennsylvania Cops Plunge Into Frozen Pond to Rescue Woman From Sinking Car

Two Pennsylvania police officers plunged into a freezing cold pond to save a 59-year-old woman stuck inside her submerging car. When officers Kyle Carner and Anthony Diclemente arrived at her vehicle it was completely submerged in the water. Dramatic body camera footage captured the moment Carner and Diclemente smashed the driver's side window and pulled the woman to safety with only seconds to spare.
