2 People Died After Driver Crashes Into Group of Cyclists

Karen Malisa and David Kero were killed and 17 others injured after a car plowed into a group of cyclists. Cheryl Herzog was riding with her friends a few miles outside Phoenix, Arizona, when it happened. The driver was Pedro Quintana-Lujan, according to police. They say he drove his pickup truck over a bridge when it crashed into a barrier wall. According to court documents, Quintana-Lujan said his steering wheel locked.
