2 Women Escape From Being Tortured at California Home: Cops

Two women held against their will and tortured with a stun gun escaped from the California home in which they were being held captive, the Riverside County Sheriff's Office says. Investigators say the suspect, Gilberto Puga, called 911 claiming two women were burglarizing his home in Monero Valley. When deputies arrived, they saw the women walking away from the home. Puga was arrested for false imprisonment and torture. Inside Edition Digital has more.
