2 Women Stranded on Submerged Car After Water Main Breaks

When a water main broke in Hollywood, California, two women stranded on their car were rescued in dramatic fashion. The break completely flooded a freeway offramp and part of the roadway. This car became completely submerged, but luckily the women were able to get on top of the car to wait for help. They were up there for about an hour when firefighters arrived to get them to safety.
