The devastating storms in California have claimed the life of a toddler, Aeon Tocchini. Aeon’s grandmother Aileen Tocchini says, “He was the happiest child. Always smiling.” Authorities in Sonoma County, California, say the 2-year-old was sitting on the couch inside his family’s home when a redwood tree toppled on the roof. California’s governor has declared a state of emergency as the state braces for more storms this weekend.
