21-Year-Old Regains Pulse After Nearly Drowning off Florida Coast

It’s a rescue that will go down as one for the books. A rip current pulled a 21-year-old swimmer out into the ocean off the coast of Florida. When lifeguards got him out of the water at New Smyrna Beach, he had no pulse. After about five minutes of CPR, he regained a pulse. The man has since made a full recovery. Inside Edition Digital has the story.
