He was a rising star in hip hop when his life was violently cut short. Kevin Harris II, 21, was gunned down in Los Angeles just as it seemed his career was taking off. His parents say they could tell something was bothering Kevin in the weeks leading up to his death, but he wouldn’t tell them much.
