3-Year-Old Boy Rescued From Car Seat as Car Sinks Into Canal in Florida

When a car went into a canal and started sinking with a child inside, police called all units to respond. Officers from the Miami-Dade Police Department say they jumped right into action. People on scene told cops the child was strapped into a car seat. Officer Emmanuel Walton III says he was the first one in the water, but once he was in the canal, Walton says he realized just how difficult this task was going to be.
