4-Day Work Week Experiment Decreased Burnout and Stress

How does a four-day work week sound to you? It was a radical change when mobile game-developing company Hutch decided to put its employees on a four-day work schedule. It was one of 61 companies in the U.K. to take part in an experiment conducted by Cambridge University. Hutch employee George Coles says it wasn’t so great at first, but by the end of the six-month trial, he says he found his groove. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
