An NFL player scored a touchdown with mom as he presented her with an epic gift. Marquise Goodwin is a wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers. He recently posted a video to Instagram in which he revealed the new house he bought for his mother and sister. The clip has been viewed more than a million times.
