7-Year-Old Chef Ace Inspired by Gordon Ramsay

One 7-year-old with cerebral palsy is using his talents in the kitchen to give back to his care team. James Ace Williams, or ‘Chef Ace,’ says he loves bringing his treats to his friends, and doctors at the Medical University of South Carolina. One of his inspirations includes world-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay. “He watches a lot of cooking shows and one day he came to me and said, ‘can I help?” his grandmother, Sabrina Williams, told WCSC.
