7-Year-Old Utah Girl Calls 911 After Baby Sister Nearly Drowns in Their Pool

When a mother found her infant unconscious in the family's pool, she had to rely on her 7-year-old daughter to call for help. Andee Ott says she told her daughter, Dylann to call 911 while she gave baby Blake chest compressions. Dylann performed the task masterfully. "She was just really calm and I was not," Andee said.
