He’s not even a year old, but little Cameron Knowles is a pioneer. That’s because he’s been fitted with the world’s smallest pacemaker. Cameron’s mom, Shakiara, suffers from lupus, and according to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, that put her baby at risk of heart block, a condition that occurs when electrical impulses that control heartbeat are disrupted.
