8-Year-Old's Memory Lives On Through Painted Rock Project

A little boy's memory is living on through his hobby. Billy was eight when he died after contracting the flu and developing a metabolic disorder. His family says Billy loved to paint rocks and leave them in public places for others to find and admire. They created a project called “Billy's Boulders” which encourages people all over the world to do the same thing. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
