85-Year-Old Pole Vaulter Sets Record for Her Age Group in Senior Games

June 21, 2019

She is just one of 15,000 athletes competing in the Senior Olympic Games in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Another competitor is Gerald Meyer, who is a grandpa, a triple medal winner and 100 years old. It's not about how fast they run or how high they soar, but rather how the spirit of Olympic competition keeps them reaching for new victories.
