    Woman Without A Right Hand Fights Citation For Driving With Phone In Right Hand

    A woman makes a compelling case for why she shouldn't get a traffic ticket. CBS News obtained this bodycam video of a traffic stop in Palm Beach County, Florida. The deputy explains to the driver that he saw her driving with a phone in her right hand. When the driver, Kathleen Thomas, presents her right arm, missing a hand, she seems to have good reason to question what the deputy actually saw. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
