94-Year-Old Woman Arrested During Eviction Is Now Staying in a Motel

On her 94th birthday, Juanita Fitzgerald was lucky enough to find herself in a motel room. It was an upgraded accommodation considering she was in jail just 24 hours prior to that. Video of Fitzgerald's arrest shocked many people. Bodycam footage shows police drag the elderly woman, kicking and screaming as she was being evicted from her independent living facility.
