Donald Mann celebrated his 99th birthday at the gym. The veteran merchant mariner, who served in World War II was surprised with the party. He’s been a regular at the gym for 30 years. The best medicine, he says, is laughter. “ Laughter has a lot to do with still being able to be still moving when you're 99,” he told CBS News. Inside Edition Digital has more.
