    Princess Kate Takes 1st Solo Trip Abroad Since Cancer Diagnosis

    Princess Kate received a warm welcome as she arrived in Italy for her first solo trip abroad since her cancer diagnosis. She greeted well-wishers and posed for selfies. The princess has been slowly returning to royal duties since finishing "preventative chemotherapy" in 2014. Inside Edition spoke with Christopher Andersen, bestselling author of the new book "Kate: The Courage, Grace, and Power of the Woman Who Will Be Queen."
