Helicopter Car and Other Vehicles With Odd Modifications

These vehicles all had odd modifications. In 2016, a San Diego driver got in trouble after driving wildly through neighborhoods in his souped-up Volkswagen Beetle. In 2022, a helicopter car was created by a young inventor from India. In June of 2023, an adult version of an ice cream truck brought joy to people in Iraq who needed a jolt of caffeine to get them through the day. Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall has more.
