After the fatal 'Rust' shooting, Alec Baldwin is in seclusion with his family in Manchester, Vermont, where his wife, Hilaria, reportedly has deep roots. He tweeted an article that pointed blame for the fatal shooting at assistant director David Halls, who admitted he should have inspected each round in each chamber, but did not. Inside Edition spoke to Scott Rasmussen, a set armorer who worked with Halls before, and declined to work on “Rust” because of Halls’ relaxed gun safety protocols.
