Box Truck Drives Wrong Direction in Police Chase

A box truck crashed into police and civilian vehicles during an almost 10-minute chase. Florida’s Alachua County Sheriff's Department says their help was requested by the Florida Highway Patrol to stop a suspect driving an allegedly stolen box truck. The chase led officers on the I-75 freeway, down surface roads, and through parking lots. Eventually, the driver of the vehicle jumped out of the box truck and attempted to run away. He was arrested and now faces several charges.
