Animal Rescues Are Saving Endangered Species Like Platypus, Rhinos and Elephants

The world’s first platypus rescue has just opened in Australia with space to care for 65 of these web-footed mammals. Veterinarians in Chicago are bottle-feeding a month-old North American Otter. An elephant sanctuary is feeding milk-dependent calves while they learn social and survival skills. IVF fertility treatments are being used to save the Northern White Rhino from extinction.
