April the Giraffe's Calf, Tajiri, Is Moving to North Carolina

It's not just birds heading south as we head into fall, so is April the Giraffe's now 1-year-old son, Tajiri. "His recent conduct and behavior suggests he is very much ready to move on and get his own girlfriends," says Jordan Patch, owner of Animal Adventure Park. Now the giraffe calf is leaving the nest and going to the Carolina Wildlife Conservation Park near Raleigh, North Carolina. April is due to give birth again in 2019.
