Arizona Community Decorates Christmas Commode in Unusual Holiday Tradition

A seven-and-a-half-foot tall porta-potty in Gilbert, Arizona, has been festooned with Christmas lights, to brighten holiday spirits. Last year, construction at Kirk Erickson’s neighbor’s house necessitated the installation of a temporary toilet. Kirk and his community decorated the portable loo, and the project was so popular, Kirk decided to rent a porta-potty as a lawn ornament. “That is awesome,” said one neighbor.
