Brave 11-Year-Old Girl Saves Herself From Being Kidnapped: Cops

An 11-year-old girl from Arizona is being hailed for doing everything right after saving herself from an alleged kidnapper. The fifth-grader quickly ran from the area and reported the incident to her teacher when she arrived at school. Joseph Ruiz was later arrested. The 37-year-old suspect was charged with attempted kidnapping and custodial interference. Inside Edition's Ann Mercogliano has more.
