Weeks after body parts were found floating in a Florida bay, a suspect has been arrested for murder. Investigators with the Tampa Police say a fisherman discovered the remains floating in McKay Bay. One of the limbs had a tattoo with three names on it. That helped police identify the victim as 47-year-old Stephanie Crone-Overholts. Further investigation led police to Robert Kessler, 69, who was already in custody on an unrelated drug charge. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
