December 17, 2021

At least five children have died after falling from an inflatable bouncy castle that was thrown into the air by a sudden gust of wind. "The events that occurred today… are just shattering,” said Australia's Prime Minister Scott Morrison. The kids, who were sixth grade students, were celebrating the last day of school in Tasmania. “This is a tragic incident and I want to pass on my deepest sympathies to the families impacted,” said Tim Bullard with the Tasmanian Education Department.
