Contestants Battle it Out in Massive Pumpkins

A boat race, but make it Halloween-themed. Folks in Belgium competed in relay races using unusual vessels — massive pumpkins. The event began as a way to make use of oversized vegetables grown for local biggest pumpkin competitions. Before the races, the pumpkins are hollowed out. The insides are turned into soup.
