Atlanta Cop Helps Deliver Baby When Mom Goes Into Labor in Car
A police lieutenant in Atlanta arrived at a very active scene when a woman was giving birth in her car in a gas station. The APD says the lieutenant was in a car with other supervisors when they saw the couple’s car speeding to get to the hospital. He offered an escort, putting on the vehicle's lights and sirens, to clear their way to the delivery room, but when the parents realized they weren’t going to make it in time, they pulled over.
