Attacker Charged In Connection With Assault Of NYU Student

A student at New York University was assaulted on a busy New York street. The attacker hit 20-year-old Amelia Lewis from behind before slamming her to the ground. Lewis recounted the ordeal on TikTok, and it got nationwide attention after conservative podcaster Megyn Kelly posted it. James Rizzo, 45, has been charged with persistent sexual abuse, forcible touching and assault. Lewis appeared on "The Megyn Kelly Show" Wednesday.
