Austin Teen Is Second Fatality After Opening Package Bomb on Doorstep: Cops

A teenage boy was killed after opening a package that exploded in a home in Austin, Texas. Police say the incidents are a part of a disturbing pattern. On Monday, police responded to two homes where packages exploded while being opened. The first incident killed a teen and injured another woman in the home.
