Axe-Wielding Man Attacks 4 at Chinese Restaurants, Cops Say

Blood-stained paper napkins lined the floor of a restaurant after a violent attack in Auckland, New Zealand. Police say a man with an axe entered three different Chinese restaurants and started attacking people. Authorities believe he acted alone and do not believe the attacks to be racially motivated. The four victims who sustained injuries in the attacks were taken to the hospital. At least one has since been released, officials said.
