These one-year-olds were born prematurely at 22 weeks. That’s about halfway through a 40-week pregnancy. "Historically speaking, uh, many of babies at 22 weeks would not have survived,” said Dr. Firas Saker, Medical Director of Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital. The twins had a 20% chance of survival. Now, they are finally home with mom. “I'm a first time mom and it's two of them and, and now they're home on oxygen,” said mom Kimberly Thomas.
