Paris’ Eiffel Tower ‘Gives Birth’ to a Miniature

The Eiffel Tower stands 1083 feet. Now standing next to the landmark is ‘Eiffela.’ She’s about 1/10th the Eiffel Tower’s height. Creator Philippe Maindron says he “had a dream that the Eiffel Tower had a baby." The Eiffela art installation will be up in Paris until mid-April before moving to a new city. As for tourists meeting baby Eiffela, most only have one thing on their minds — getting the perfect picture.
