Barber Cuts Hair of Man in Wheelchair on Sidewalk When He Can't Get Into Shop

"I've done some pretty weird haircuts," says barber Victor Burgos, 34. "In hospitals and different wedding situations and, uh, never done anybody outside, on the sidewalk, pretty much." He was working at Joe's Upscale Barber Shop in Rochester, New York, when he saw Devin Hamilton in his wheelchair outside.
