Oprah Winfrey's go-to education adviser is getting his own daytime TV show. "Breakthrough With Dr. Steve Perry" is equal parts tears and laughter as his guests, who are everyday people, get some tough love from the namesake host. "What makes TV matter is when it adds value to our lives," Perry said in a press release about the show. "There's nothing more valuable than learning how to arrive at a breakthrough, and I look forward to sharing that experience with viewers."
