Beyonce and Michelle Obama Inspire Graduates with Deeply Personal Speeches

This weekend marked commencement for another batch of students attending virtual graduations. Beyonce got personal as she congratulated the class of 2020, reminding them not to let negativity deter them from their dreams. Former First Lady Michelle Obama also gave a heartfelt speech lending her solidarity to the graduates, saying “if any of you are scared, or angry, or confused, or just plain overwhelmed … you are not alone. I am feeling all of that, too.” She urged graduates to not despair.
